What To Drink If You Quit Coffee

I wasn’t a coffee lover until a few years ago. I haven’t had coffee in over three years now but I do dream about it at times! I love the taste more than the feeling. I can’t say I will never let my lips sip a decaf latte again but to be honest I have been fine without it. If you just parted ways with coffee I am sure you are wondering what to drink if you quit coffee? There are a lot of great coffee alternatives. Further, it’s never good to be dependent on anything or anyone for that matter. You need to learn to be self-reliant. This also means finding ways to boost your mood and energy without the help of coffee.

All of your favourite coffee shops or cafes have great coffee alternatives as well so you don’t have to give them up. It’s never too early to try something new. You can get a little boost sipping on a delicious matcha latte too!

Dandelion Root

If you love the taste of coffee, then you will definitely like this. It’s caffeine-free and comes with a few health benefits. I always take this with me when travel. Since it’s a diuretic it helps with bloating and water retention. It also detoxes your liver and kidneys. I have featured a blend, you can also get it on its own in a teabag.

Pink Mylk

I don’t drink this every day but it’s become my chai latte replacement. One of the things you may notice once you cutout caffeine is that even green tea or a chai latte will make you feel jittery. I like to make lattes at home whenever possible. In addition, warm almond or oat milk before bed helps me get a restful sleep. It’s kind of like warm milk with a dash of cinnamon before bed but fancy.
