Yes, it’s almost Valentine’s Day! A day you have either learned to love or simply hate. When it comes to this love day or as some refer to it as a consumer holiday I don’t have any negative feelings towards it. I think you should show the ones you love the way you feel about them all year and one day simply isn’t enough. I will say, for those who generally aren’t good at doing thoughtful gestures, or those who get too caught up with their own lives and in turn forget to do something nice for the one they love, Valentine’s Day is the perfect time to do so. There’s no way for you to forget that it’s happening either since there are red hearts and messages of love in every store or coffee shop you enter.
Whether you are happily single (or miserable lol) or coupled there’s noĀ reason why you don’t treat yourself. Self-love is so important. You don’t have to wait for someone else to love you to feel love. It’s so easy to forget about yourself so I think you should take full advantage of spoiling yourself whenever possible.
