Fall In Love With La Vie Est Belle L’Eclat Eau De Parfum

As you know, if you have been following The Things I Wish I Knew for the last year and a half, I am a fragrance addict! I collect fragrances and just can’t ever seem to get enough. Whether it’s something warm and spicy, something earthy or outdoorsy, something floral or citrus, I am always on the lookout for the perfect scent combination to compliment my many moods. Just like the perfect pair of shoes or accent piece the scent you wear can complete a look and boost your mood. The perfect scent will take you back to the place and time when something happens since scent is one of our biggest memory markers.

Each season, I look for something new. Fragrances just keep getting better and better. I always look for quality. I look for a great bottle that will display nicely. For me, it has to be instant, love at first sniff. Sometimes I will try a sample for a few weeks to see if I and this new scent are meant to be.

Lancome’s fragrance for this fall and winter, La Vie Est Belle L’Eclat Eau De Parfum is definitely meant to be apart of my fragrance repertoire. One of the things I love about this perfume is that it’s made with pure natural ingredients. Top notes of Pear, Blackberry blend perfectly with base notes of Patchouli, heart notes of Orange Blossom and Jasmine Sambac. A gorgeous transversal floral note of Iris gives this scent it’s alluring finish.

The detail of the bottle makes it the perfect showpiece.

I have been wearing this scent in the evening. I would describe it as sexy, strong and feminine.
