The family member we wish we never knew has just left the ethos 12 days ago but we can still feel the residual effects of their thunderous energy, a force to be reckoned with and not one to be played with or underestimated. I have been doing the Transform 20 fitness program with Shaun T and I have to be honest, it hasn’t just changed my body, it’s also transformed my mindset. I used to run everyday and workout twice a day. Unfortunately, for the past few years, I had to manage the unpleasantries of vertigo, so my old routine got benched. There are days when I would feel the weight of what is happening in the world or old fears I had about vertigo (it’s seriously shitty) and that feeling of, “is all this work I am doing futile”? You forget how hard you work to accomplish goals or to be at your best. Once I complete the Transform 20 workout Burn, all of those feelings slip away. It reminds you that life isn’t easy and you may not be good at everything or things may not come easy but you have to do your best in any given moment. Just get up and do the damn thing. Don’t think about the outcome because it’s in the present moment where we find ourselves, become strong mentally and physically and more importantly experience joy.

Why did I pick this program and platform? I decided to go with a program that I could do at home whenever I want. I can also do it at my own pace and stop when needed or make adjustments to moves that may induce vertigo or make it worse! In addition, I am not going argue with an instructor or someone who does group workouts about what is best for me. Trust your instincts and make decisions that best suit you.
