7 Accessories Every Man Should Have

Hello Gents, I know it’s been a little while since I have posted something for you. A few of you have noticed! One of the questions I get from most guys is: What’s do you think about men’s accessories? Are you into them? Should we invest in them? Firstly, I am totally into them and yes, you should invest in a few great accessories.

There are a lot of great accessory style options for men. I think we can all agree that men’s style has improved for the better. I remember browsing the men’s department years back and feeling sorry for men because other than polos, plaid or striped shirts, there wasn’t a lot to choose from. Now, great fashion and accessories for men can be found everywhere, even online!

I think a great watch should top the list followed by a sleek bracelet. A good wallet is necessary along with eyewear.

Here are my essential 7 accessories for men:

SHOP IT!

A well-made luxe backpack is a must. You’re an adult now, so I am sure you know how to take care of your things. This Jack Spade Men’s Mason Leather Amry Backpack will up your backpack game. Where style and versatility are important for your busy lifestyle, purchase a backpack that always looks good and can be dressed up or dressed down. With proper care, rich pebbled leather backpacks look even better over the years and last a lot longer. One of my favourite features of this bag is that is has a quick-access rain hood that folds down for superior protection from rain and snow. It comes with an internal bungee cord cinch to ensure nothing falls out or gets wet. It comes in black as well, I love it in deep navy.

Movado makes beautiful watches. What I like about this watch is the gold-tone against the brown. It’s beautiful but not too flashy. Remember, your accessories should be accents pieces.

You can never have too many sunglasses! But you don’t have to spend all your money on them either. I think Prive Revaux offers a great selection of fashionable styles at an affordable price. Matching your eyewear with what you are wearing is a great way to make a statement.

Good quality belts aren’t hard to find. I would always go with a belt made of genuine leather, calf skin or suede. I prefer belts with a matte finish rather than shiny. If you can’t be bothered having too many belts consider a reversible belt.

This soft black leather wallet by MCQ Alexander McQueen is an absolute gem. Not only does it hold your cards, it also zips so your cash and coins don’t fall out.

You can’t go wrong with a basic cap in cotton or leather. A basic fitted cap can be dressed up or dressed down. I would avoid a wide brimmed cap if you want to dress your look up. The curved brim of the Lacoste cap will give you a nice sleek look and allows for a lot more versatility.

Since you are adulting now, I think you can get into scarves, particularly nice ones. Not only can a scarf be used for winter it can add that extra something to your look. This John Varvatos Men’s Skull Print scarf is lightweight but still provides enough warmth if you would like to wear it during colder months. It adds a little edge to your look, I just love it!

I will be back with more great style finds for men soon!
