What’s Your Frequency – Stress Relief

As you know I believing in practicing emotional detoxing regularly. I think you should make this a priority. Don’t make excuses when it comes to self-care, you need to make time. Being busy won’t be a good excuse when your health is compromised and you find yourself looking for answers. It’s important to do check-ins so you can see if there are issues that need to be addressed. Today I want to know what’s your frequency – stress relief? Are your stress levels high? Are you having a hard time concentrating or sleeping? Stress, for many people, is usually the biggest factor when health issues arise. Stress causes inflammation in the body.

It’s time for you to see your body, mind, heart, and soul as one. I know stress at times is unavoidable but there are many ways to manage your stress levels. If you have been following along, you will know that I have been going to Soul 7 Frequency Spa for treatments. The first treatment I tried was the detox & cleanse program. I use these treatments in addition, to exercise (yoga, kickboxing), diet and meditation. When you approach your health holistically you will recognize that adding good habits and eliminating negative ones will reduce your overall stress levels.

Never forget, you are what you think, you are what you eat and you are what you do. It’s that simple. If you have been journaling and putting together your monthly emotional well-being goals (read this). Then you will know where you need to put in the most work and what you need to eliminate. I hope while you have been doing this, you have been making progress towards your wellness goals. Don’t worry, it’s not going to happen overnight. Set smalls goals, only take on as much as you can emotionally manage at a time. Proceed with an open heart and no self-judgment.

Stress Relief

In this session at Soul 7 Frequency Spa, we used Vibro-Acoustic and Sound Therapy to bring my body into a state of coherence and awareness. Part of our problem is that our minds are filled with clutter with so much noise, we often have a hard time connecting with your bodies and what our body is trying to tell us. Being in this state constantly is quite stressful for the body. This is why it’s important to create balance in our lives. You can’t be all things to everyone or all things at once. Embrace the beauty of the domino effect, one after the other, let things fall into place.

Some of the benefits of the session include:

•Neutralizes stress and anxiety
•Improve sleep and eliminate fatigue
•Improve performance and concentration
•Deeply relaxes the body
•Provides a durable sense of well-being
•Stimulate blood circulation
•Regulate blood pressure
•Relieves chronic pain
•Reduce back pain
•Reduce neck pain
•Reduce arthritis pain

For approximately an hour, you can give your body what it needs. I feel relaxed after every session and it’s a great way to get back into being in the moment. Living in the now, where I can listen to my body, connect with my heart and soul. Think of all the ways you spend your time that isn’t beneficial to your health. Further, negative habits that are contributing to your stress. When you take a time-out, you give yourself an opportunity to self-examine and take a deep look at what’s ailing you. You will see how much control you have over health and well-being.
