Now that CBD is legal in Canada and quite a few cities in the US, you will notice a surge in beauty products infused with CBD. Just like any other beauty product, it’s hard to know what to try. Also, how to discern what’s authentic. Is it just marketing or is this product as amazing as they say it is? Further, what are the benefits of CBD in beauty and what CBD infused beauty products are worth trying? Just like any other beauty product what works for someone else may not work for you. With that said you want to keep in mind that the ingredients listed are actually in the product and also the ratio.

For those who don’t know, ingredients are listed in order of the percentage. So if it’s the last ingredient listed, there isn’t a lot of this ingredient in the product even if it’s used for marketing. This is a great marketing tactic for you to be aware of when purchasing products that claim to be natural or contain natural ingredients. Keep in mind that depending on the formulation a lot of one ingredient doesn’t make the product effective either. In some cases, it’s the combination of ingredients working together. It’s kind of like baking a cake, sometimes you need just enough of one ingredient since it’s quite potent or strong on its own. In other words, a little bit goes a long way.
