What’s Your Frequency?

A few weeks ago I wrote about the importance of an emotional detox. We often forget that we are energetic beings who consume and transmit energy. There is a continuous flow of energy moving all around us. Energy isn’t just about the energy we use when we move our bodies. It’s also what happens on the inside. Our feelings are strong forces of energy that can be felt without saying a word. When you think about where you are energetically speaking. It’s important to ask what’s your frequency? Where do you sit on the energy spectrum? How can you create balance?

The best way to see where you are on your emotional detox journey is through journaling. You may want to write down your thoughts and how you are feeling each day. It’s good to go back at the end of the month or even end of the week to see where you are in terms of energy levels. You will remember I talked about emotional detox goals. This is will help you zero in on where you need to start. It will also help you see what areas you have been neglecting.

Soul 7 Frequency Spa

A few weeks ago I stopped by Soul 7, a frequency spa located downtown Toronto. Soul 7 is a spa that is dedicated to helping people harness the ability to self-heal. They use a Health Canada approved Frequency technology to balance the nervous system. This method helps to resolve frequency blockages that may be impeding your ability to self-heal. It’s the same concept as acupuncture, instead of the use of needles, energy is used to achieve this aim.

The therapies used at Soul 7 are non-invasive Sound, Light and Health Canada approved Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Frequency (PEMF) Technology. Since I believe that you must delve deeper to discover the root cause of what troubles you for both mental and physical health. I think it’s important to look for therapies and/or treatment programs that don’t supply quick symptom fixes. It’s important to see your health holistically. This will, in turn, help you on your quest towards living a healthy life.

For my first visit to Soul 7, I decided to try the detox and cleanse therapy session. I thought it would be a great therapy to add to my spring detox. It’s important to start a new season without carrying negative energies from your past. Your past is an hour ago, yesterday, a week ago and months ago. Learn how to let go of what doesn’t nourish you in the present and future moments. Toxicity kills dreams and it wrecks havoc on your emotional well-being and health.

Detox & Cleanse

This non-invasive therapy uses Pulsed Electro Magnetic Field Therapy to detoxify the mind and body from harmful toxins in food and the environment. All of these harmful toxins that you consume and absorb energetically impact your body’s cleansing and renewal ability. The frequencies used in this therapy detox your body cell by cell and remove harmful toxins from major organs.

The detox & cleanse program is an hour-long therapy session. For the first 30 minutes, I was treated with the use of PEMF Therapy, sound, and light brainwave entrainment. The focus is to detox the mind from negative and toxic thought patterns. As you know your mind is very powerful. Your thought patterns are integral to self-healing. Further, your mental health affects your overall health.

The second half of this session, RIFE frequencies are combined with full body vibrations to detox the body of harmful toxins. I really enjoyed the sound and vibrations during this portion of the therapy. U.S Military-inspired Bio-Photon Analyzer is also used to tune up your biofield through a resonant effect that harmonizes your cells.

Seriously, this therapy session is just what I needed. I left feeling lighter emotionally. It’s definitely now a new go-to therapy that I will include in my personal emotional detox regimen. You are probably wondering if the effects of the therapy wore off hours after or days after. To be honest, in my case, it didn’t. I still feel the benefits of the therapy session I went to. In fact, it has also contributed to my daily self-care practice. How? It strengthened my desire to keep a positive energy flow in work, health (exercise, nutrition) and life in general. You cannot truly reap the benefits of any self-care therapy if you hold onto negative habits, thoughts, or people. The way I have felt after this session further reinforced my desire to continue to do the self-work (self-healing).

The next session I plan to try is the Focus & Productivity therapy session. I will let you know how it goes in the coming weeks. If you have any questions please ask!!

I hope you are having a wonderful spring thus far. Remember to take care of yourself and that you are loved and amazing.
