Sekkisei Wants To Nourish Your Skin & Save The Blue

We are all beauty obsessed these days, I would say more so than ever. Before we would limit ourselves to what we could get at the drugstore or what was advertised to us. Thank goodness this has changed because there are so many amazing beauty products around the world. There are amazing skincare products that just might be perfect for you that you wouldn’t know about it if we didn’t understand the importance of diversifying beauty. The limits are endless when it comes to beauty and finding nourishing ingredients that keep the skin you’re in beautiful, glowing and healthy. Mother nature has so many great skincare gifts. It’s amazing what plants like Angelica Roots Extract, Licorice Root, and Red Oolong can do for your skin.

Sekkisei skincare has been making their products with Japanese and Chinese herbal extracts since 1985.

Here are a few of my favourite products from the Sekkisei product range you may want to try:

A great peel off mask with soothing and clearing herbal extracts that gets all that stuff out of your pores. I love that it contains Red Oolong Tea Extract which is great for inflammation.

This lotion smells amazing. It’s light and moisturizing.  It contains Angelica Extract which not only helps treat acne but helps to prevent future breakouts.

This is actually a toner so it’s applied after you wash your face. It contains Licorice Root Extract a herb that clears and heals scars.

Saving The Blue

I am pretty sure you knew that I was referring to the ocean. I think it’s important to utilize what’s in nature when it comes to skincare. I also think it’s important for us to go above and beyond to protect nature’s gifts. Sekkisei feels that same way. In 2009 they launched the campaign Save the Blue. Their goal is to preserve the coral reefs around the world. I love brands that strive not only to provide great skincare but also to maintain and care for our environment.
