LADIES!!!! Let’s Get Strong Together

When most of us think of working out, the first thing that comes to mind is usually weight loss. We all have this idea in our minds of our perfect body. We approach fitness at times like it’s torture when in fact it should be an enjoyable part of your life.  It’s important to work on a healthy mindset as you work towards your wellness goals. If you are looking for a group class to attend because let’s be honest sometimes working out with other people gives you that extra push you need. I found an amazing new group workout class created by a woman who understands the importance of approaching wellness holistically. The Let’s Get Strong Together fitness workshop is the perfect place to go if you are looking for a wellness tribe composed of like-minded women who want to live their best life and help other women achieve their wellness goals. Don’t worry all fitness levels are welcome if you are a beginner or fitness pro, we are all in this together.

What To Expect:

Well, I am going, to be honest, you’re going to sweat, but guess what? You are going to love every second of this fitness workshop. After your first class, you may rethink sleeping in on Sundays or going to brunch in favor of a high-energy and high-vibe sweat with Jaclyn and fitness instructor Lara Marquez. Each class starts with a session with a guest speaker who will share wellness tips that will help you in your everyday life. We all know the importance of nutrition, therefore, advice from an expert keeps you on track and lets you see what areas you need to improve. Each week a new expert will share wellness insights with you, so you are constantly learning about ways to improve your life!

You may also want to attend the yoga workshop that is held on Tuesday evenings with yoga instructors Kay Ghajar and Jaclyn. The next yoga women’s workshop: February 27, 2018.
