Fresh Summer Tea Blends

I can’t get enough tea these days. I am completely obsessed. Teas contain many great healing properties that heal and nourish the body. It’s amazing how many great tea blends are available. In my opinion, you should always have a good selection of teas in your pantry. Below I have listed a few fresh summer tea blends for you to try. If you spend some time researching tea ingredients you will find that a cup of tea can do wonders for your body. From clear skin, detoxing, energy boosting and more.

Fresh Summer Tea Blends:

MIYU Teas & Beauty

MIYU teas are aimed at those who are looking for teas that contain ingredients with antioxidants and “skin-amplifying benefits”. The MIYU tea I am currently loving is the HYDRATE MI BEAUTY TEA. Great for those who don’t consume enough water (I do, but love this tea) or too many caffeinated beverages (coffee lovers). Remember, it’s important to keep your hydrated!

Blend of:

Green rooibos, goji berries, rose petals, and snow pear essence.

CAMELLIA Sinesis

CAMELLIA is Montreal based tea company that makes a few of my favourite tea blends. They recently created a delicious tea just in time for summer, Promenade A Florance. This tea can be served cold or hot. An excellent at home iced-tea that’s fresh and simple to make.

Blend of:

Black tea, green tea, natural orange aromas and orange zest chunks.

KUSMI TEA

Since 1867 Kusmi Tea has been offering exclusive gourmet tea blends. I have a few of their tea blends but thought you might like the smooth and refreshing taste of their tea blend – Be Cool. This tea contains detoxifying ingredients. Keep your tea cabinet diverse and stock up on decaffeinated teas that heal and cleanse the body, like this tea blend. Did you know that mint tea is great for those suffering from acne? Due to it’s antibiotic and antimicrobial properties it helps alleviate inflammation and in turn clam acne prone skin.

Blend of:

Rosehip seed, apple, verbena leaves, peppermint, anis seeds and liquorice roots.
