Creamy Colada Smoothie

If you make smoothies everyday, which I do, then variation isn’t a bad idea. Sometimes it’s nice to switch it up. Maybe your weekend smoothies are different from the ones you make during the week?! On the weekends I experiment a little more. I also like to make what I call dessert smoothies. Still packed with goodness but a departure from what I make from Monday to Friday. It’s a good way to have a “cheat” meal that doesn’t ruin your whole week of good eating.

Here is a great smoothie. It’s pretty tropical and a drink that most people love while on vacation!  But…it’s good for you. If you like Greek yogurt you will also be a fan because this recipe calls for Fermented Greek Yogurt Proteins+, a great blend created by Genuine Health for you.

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Full Fat Canned Coconut Milk
  • 2 Cups Fresh Pineapple
  • 2 Scoops Fermented Greek Yogurt Proteins+ Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp Raw Honey
  • 1 Cup Ice Cubes
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into blender and blend well.
