If you make smoothies everyday, which I do, then variation isn’t a bad idea. Sometimes it’s nice to switch it up. Maybe your weekend smoothies are different from the ones you make during the week?! On the weekends I experiment a little more. I also like to make what I call dessert smoothies. Still packed with goodness but a departure from what I make from Monday to Friday. It’s a good way to have a “cheat” meal that doesn’t ruin your whole week of good eating.

- 1 Cup Full Fat Canned Coconut Milk
- 2 Cups Fresh Pineapple
- 2 Scoops Fermented Greek Yogurt Proteins+ Vanilla
- 2 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
- 1 tbsp Raw Honey
- 1 Cup Ice Cubes
- Add all ingredients into blender and blend well.
