Cold Brew Powered Strawberry Mojito

It’s the long weekend! Why is the year going by so fast! Nothing like a good cocktail to sip on while you reminisce about the summer and think about the fall. So many life lessons learned this summer and I have to say it’s a good thing. I thought a coffee infused mojito with strawberries recipe would be a great way to get us into the summer’s over and fall is almost here spirit. Add this to your cocktail menu it’s delicious!


Cold Brew Powered Strawberry Mojito
Recipe type: Drinks
Cuisine: Cold Brew Strawberry Mojito
  • 30 ml Melitta® Cold Brew
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 15 ml strawberry syrup
  • Fresh mint
  • Soda or Mineral water
  1. Add Melitta® Cold Brew, fresh mint leaves and strawberry syrup into a glass and lightly mull.
  2. Then add ice cubes and some soda.
  3. Garnish with mint.


What does it mean to mull?  You lightly press cocktail ingredients with a spoon or pestle before adding liquid ingredients (in other words mash – Do not turn it into mush, though!).  This releases the flavours.
