I haven’t had a cup of coffee in almost a year. I guess you could say I quit coffee. I can’t say I don’t miss coffee, I love the smell and taste. I am definitely not a fan of the coffee jitters or highs and lows though. I also don’t like feeling like I am dependent on something to keep me going throughout the day. My coffee love affair was short-lived but that doesn’t mean I have to completely rid coffee from my life. Coffee has great benefits when incorporated into your beauty regimen. It’s a great exfoliator (how I used my leftover coffee that I know no longer drink) and full of antioxidants and nutrients. If you haven’t tried coffee-infused products, you will love the uni-sex products I have featured below. I prefer brands that keep it simple and avoid the use of unnecessary fillers. When looking for coffee-infused products look for a brand that maintains the integrity of the coffee bean.

The Benefits of Coffee In Beauty:

  • Great way to remove dead skin particularly if you suffer from dry skin. As the weather changes you will notice that your skin may become slightly flakey. It’s important to exfoliate your skin in order to remove dead layers of skin.
  • Loaded with anti-ageing antioxidants and nutrients.
  • The caffeine in coffee helps to tighten your skin, reduce the appearance of stretch marks, reduce cellulite and improve circulation and stimulate blood flow.
  • Great for acne suffers since it helps reduce whiteheads, blackheads, and breakouts.
  • Tone, brighten, and firm skin.
  • Coffee-infused eye creams help with dark circles because it decreases swelling and inflammation.
  • Helps to reduce fine lines and wrinkles as well as lighten sunspots.

Here are a few great coffee-infused beauty and grooming products:

This is a great scrub. It nourishes and exfoliates your skin. It can be used on your face and body.

Who knew coffee could cure a bad hangover but it also eliminates/minimizes dark circles, fine lines and puffy eyes.

I love a nourishing body serum or oil. Apply body oil/serum to your skin while it’s still damp. This allows for better absorbency. You can apply this serum to your hair as well. It locks in moisture without an oily residue. It also contains two of my favourite beauty oils, almond oil, and pumpkin oil.

I like to have a few face masks to use for my skin. Sometimes your skin needs a detox to remove impurities, other times it’s dry and needs a moisture boost or it’s sensitive and needs a soothing face treatment.

So if you have given up coffee, you can add it to your grooming and beauty routine!

Ps. If you didn’t know Amazon Prime offers great benefits. You may notice a few of the above products are Prime exclusive. I am a Prime member and I will tell you I love the perks that come with being apart of this membership program. If you aren’t sure, like I was, try it for free for 30 days!
