Believe In What You Can’t See

We have a hard time having faith in what we don’t see in front of us. It isn’t easy to believe in what you can’t see. One could also say that it’s increasingly difficult in a time where we constantly judge everything based on what we see via social media. I don’t blame you for getting lost in artificial success. How can you stay motivated when you see other people living “their best” life when you’re not.  I don’t blame you for feeling hopeless. You need to understand that the road to success, accomplishing your dreams isn’t a perfect picture. You need to learn how to believe in what you can’t see.

True success, cannot be captured in a photo. If you are currently working towards your life goals, living your life with purpose. Just like me, you know that things get a little dirty. You can’t be afraid to roll your sleeves up and dive right into the mud. It’s not always going to be easy but you must remain faithful to your journey. Faith is one of the most important things you need in this life. Think of your quest beyond material gain, think of it as a personal spiritual journey. Approach each day with absolute faith and love, no matter what’s going on. Some days will be unbearable and others will make you feel like dancing on the moon.

Each moment of your journey is sacred, so don’t waste it. See the lows as resting stops, where you can take in all the life lessons that have been gifted to you. This is your time to re-group, get centered, clear out negative habits (thoughts, people) and thank the universe for giving you another opportunity to get up and try again. I know what your problem is, you care too much about what people think of you. You worry that you’re not good enough, you want people to think you are good enough and worthy. How did you not know that you have always been good enough? You were born worthy.

Believe in the impossible

If it’s possible for them? Why isn’t possible for you? Look to others as inspiration. A beacon of light that illuminates that the impossible became a reality. You’re impossible dream, so it seems to you right now, will happen one day. What separates those who see their dreams come to fruition and those who don’t is unwavering determination. In addition, you will have to make choices. Every choice you make, from the people you spend your time with, your overall lifestyle will impact your outcome. I think love and relationships are a beautiful thing. Unfortunately, sometimes the relationships we choose and the ones we love prevent us from achieving our goals.

Yes, a little bit of luck comes into play. Sometimes a stroke of good luck might not look so shiny on the outside. Good luck can present itself in many different ways. The truly lucky ones recognize this. Perhaps your good luck has you going in a different direction? Will you resist? Or will you see that a new path has been forged just for you? A path that will take you to amazing places. Believe in what you can’t see isn’t just about what’s in front of you right now. Or what you think it will look like when you make it to one of your destination points. Believe in what you can’t see also holds the notion that nothing will be exactly how you imagined it.

Prove nothing to no one

The only person that you need to prove something to is you. If your goal is to prove others wrong, it will be hard to remain faithful. Striving to make non-believers, see your vision or believe in you will be your greatest misery. I think it’s important to surround yourself with individuals who are on their own quest to achieve their impossible. You will feed off their energy and this will help you when you have those moments when you feel stuck.

There is no one like you in the universe. With all the commonalities and similarities we may have with each other, all of us are uniquely different. When you embrace this, you will feel the weight that comes with comparison lift off your shoulders. What makes you unique? Loving who you are will help you believe in yourself. It will, in turn, help you believe in what you don’t see. Remember, people around you might not recognize your unique qualities. They may not even see you at all. The vision will always lie within you. It’s like holding a crystal globe and seeing your future. When you hold that crystal globe you see everything while someone else may see just a crystal ball.

Whenever you feel like you need to prove yourself to someone, always go back to where you started. Go back to that pure place where dreams live. A place that is filled with optimism and hope. The minute to decide to use your energy to prove someone wrong you lose that magic. When you wonder why there are people who seem to have it all but they’re miserable. In my opinion, it’s simply because they gave their hope to someone else. Their dreams became a quest to win rather and a spiritual journey to greatness.

We climb the mountain with determination and the same determination is needed when it’s time to climb back down, rest and revel in the glory of it all. You’ve made it. Believe in what you see right now. This journey isn’t just about getting there, it’s also about who you’ve become on the way there.
